SCHADE Lagertechnik designs and supplies machines for longitudinal and circular storage as well as Stackers, Reclaimers, combined machines for stockyards and blending beds and wagon unloading systems.
The core features of the company strategy are innovation and sustainability.
SCHADE has particular expertise in the mining & minerals industry, the fertilizer & chemical industry, in the cement, iron, steel, aluminium, as well as in power plants, alternative fuels and ports & terminals.
As a standard, SCHADE portal scraper reclaimers for large span stockpiles, whether for indoor or outdoor operation are fitted with a boom guide to withstand horizontal forces and avoid unstable movement of the free end of the scraper boom. For operating in AFrame buildings, scraping is performed by two scraper booms forming one unit. This typical SCHADE design guarantees perfect discharge.
For environmentally friendly indoor operation, the best ratio between the building section and the stockpile section is achieved with a semi-portal scraper reclaimer. The height of the retaining wall inside the building is defined to provide full use of the available storage area. This is the ideal solution for stockyards with limited space or stockyards divided into compartments.
Semi-automated systems for discharging coal and other bulk materials from open-top rail wagons, for material intake at power, steel, cement and other process plants, facilities or ports. Unloading rates are offered between 300tph and 4,500tph without the need to use locomotives to move the trains. In addition special 'low-level foundation' systems are offered for sites with high ground water.
