Acid resistant linings

Acid resistant tile linings
High-quality tile linings from Steuler are created from acid-resistant ceramic tiles and bricks as well as carbon materials.
In combination with water glass and synthetic resin-based application and jointing mortars, they provide lasting protection against aggressive media.
Rubber linings
Our rubber linings provide effective protection for steel and concrete components against chemical and mechanical attack. Depending on the medium and temperature, we use materials based on natural rubber, halobutyl rubbers, chloroprene and styrene-butadiene rubbers.

BEKAPLAST
Bekaplast - mechanical anchored thermoplastic linings system
The special aspects of the BEKAPLAST system are the special, conically widening large anchor studs on the reverse of the plate. They create a permanent mechanical connection between the plastic lining and the concrete. In addition, they prevent differential expansion.
The size, shape and arrangement of the studs are the result of intensive development work aimed at achieving the best possible anchoring of the plates.
